Zoo!!

I forgot how much fun there is to have at the zoo! We had a mini PT school reunion at the zoo last week! Andrea & Dylan, Jaime & Brian & Miesha, Erika & Haydn & Taite, and Derek & Kaia & I really had a great time! (I was babysitting Kaia so she came with for some fun animal time with us) I love all my little neices and nephews....it was so fun to see them watch the animals! If you haven't been to the zoo in awhile now is the time!!

October-tastic!

Well October has been great so far! We have had an amazing fall here in Utah, the colors are just amazing! We started off the month camping with a few close friends and a Kaia bear!





We enjoyed October-fest up at Snowbird and got to meet our sweet little Noah from Oregon! Katie has one cute kid!



We had a great house warming party! My friends all brought me their favorite recipes and fun things to go along with it! It was really great having everyone I love all in one spot! The babies partied the hardest and passed out early! Thanks sister for all your help with throwing it!



Derek took his whole family and me to Thriller! It isn't halloween without seeing the amazing display at Kingsbury hall! (plus Derek gave me some beautiful fall flowers before!)



And last but not least....I am stuck with tons of green tomatoes...if you have a good recipe please let me know!

Other Highlights of Last Month!

I had my first home welcoming party with my friends from work!



Beth had her darling baby boy Krew! She had some trouble with the c-section and had to go back into surgery, but is doing well now!



Also, Derek has been going to a bunch of trainings to improve his crime scene investigation skills. He went to DC for 2 wks to work on photography and then just returned from Kansas working on analyzing blood spatter. Here are some cute pics of my sweety working on his splatter!

San Francisco!

Derek and I went to San Francisco for a week...just for fun! It was so amazing, we both hadn't been before so it was great to experience all the new sites together!
We saw the bridge and walked across!



We went to pier 39…and some other piers along the way!



We loved the aquarium there!




Oh sourdough and clam chowder! Sooooo good!



We went to Muir Woods….an amazing Redwood Forest!




Saucalito!



We saw Lombard street, China town, meandered around town, and road Trolley cars! So much fun in so many areas!



Coit tower was amazing!



We visited Alcatraz and escaped!


They have some amazing Mission Mexican food!



And we ended the trip at golden gate park and the Japanese Tea Garden!



That is just a touch on everything we saw and did! It really was soooo much fun!
